I figured it only fair to post some pictures of me after getting my wisdom teeth pulled. It turns out only one side of my face is puffed up even though I had all 4 out. Its the right side of my face, which is your left. Can you tell?

Well aren't you the cutest thing. You can totally tell that one cheek is puffier, and pinker too! Nice ones, but let's face it (phhh) with all that beard the true colours aren't shining through...maybe for the best, and you're right about halloween facial hair, it's essential.
